EMDR Therapy is an extensively researched model of psychotherapy that understands our brain’s natural way of recovering from traumatic memories and events. EMDR Intensives tap into this powerful healing effect and can be extremely effective in reducing symptoms of lifelong stress and/or trauma memories in a shorter amount of time. Agata offers EMDR Intensives in person only. Please contact her and the two of you will discover if this treatment fits your needs.
